About Will

Will Gilliam is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and co-owner of LakeLife Team at eXp Realty, serving luxury waterfront buyers and sellers on the Texas Highland Lakes — Lake LBJ, Inks Lake, Lake Buchanan, and Lake Marble Falls.

Will moved to the Highland Lakes in 2002 and has specialized in waterfront properties on the LBJ chain ever since. In 2008, he and his wife Debbie founded what is now LakeLife Team, focused exclusively on the luxury lakefront market. LakeLife Team does not list properties on Lake Travis — those clients are referred to dedicated Travis-specialist agents — so every hour of Will's day goes into the four lakes he knows best.

Will holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and the Million Dollar Guild Recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an honor reserved for residential agents performing in the million-dollar-and-above market. He is a member of the Highland Lakes Board of Realtors, the Austin Board of Realtors, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors.

Before real estate, Will built a career in pharmaceutical sales after a brief tenure as a Registered Nurse. He studied at Texas A&M and earned his BS from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has trained with industry leaders Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, Tom Ferry, and Joe Stumpf.
