I LOVE REAL ESTATE! I come from a family of Real Estate brokers, investors, and developers. I have lived in the Highland Lakes area for 49 years. I know this lake! I was rookie agent of the year in 2018. As a listing agent, I help the sellers with staging, positioning of getting the most money out of their home. I have 25 years experience in marketing and contract negotiating. I work hard for my clients. One of my greatest joys is helping buyers find their dream home and the negotiating of contracts for both sellers and buyers. I also hold a preferred VA buyers Agent due to my Veterans Status from the US Navy and closing over 40+ deals in the last 4 years (and in last 20 years 5 of my own). In 2018 & 2019 we experience the October 2018 floods damaging 1200+ homes. I personally led the response, recovery, and rebuild for Burnet and Llano County.
