Hey y'all! I would like to introduce myself! I'm Faith Franks, a fifth generation REALTOR. Crazy right. I have been around Real Estate Professionals my whole life, so choosing to become a Real Estate Agent was not a hard decision for me. I love this career. It is more than just collecting a pay check. It is being able to build relationships with people & helping them purchase something bigger than a house... a HOME. A place that will be filled with memories, tears, laughter, and all the stages of life. Before getting my Real Estate License, I worked as a transaction coordinator & manager for The Mannings Realty Group for 2 years. Those 2 years, I was surrounded by amazing agents daily, and became to know the ins and outs of Real Estate. I was able to get a front row seat at multiple different transactions & gain knowledge that Real Estate License Courses do not teach. I am excited to be able to hit the ground running in this profession & to use my knowledge to help every client looking to buy or sell to have a simple, smooth, and stress free time. Buying & selling a property/home is a thrilling and powerful event, so my goal is to keep it that way!
