My name is Arminae McDonald, and I am dedicated to helping people make confident real estate decisions while building lasting relationships based on honesty, compassion, and trust. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a lifetime of memories, relocating, or planning your next chapter, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 20 years serving families in home health and hospice and nearly 10 years in nonprofit leadership. Those experiences taught me that every family has a unique story and that life’s biggest transitions deserve patience, understanding, and knowledgeable guidance. Today, I bring that same servant’s heart to every client I represent.

As a REALTOR®, I have earned the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation, providing specialized training to assist older adults and their families with downsizing, estate transitions, retirement moves, aging-in-place decisions, and other unique real estate needs. While I have a passion for serving seniors, my experience and dedication allow me to successfully assist buyers and sellers of all ages and stages of life.

I am also a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), helping individuals and families relocate with confidence. Whether you’re moving across Central Texas or across the country, I understand that relocation involves much more than simply buying or selling a home. My goal is to simplify the process and provide guidance every step of the way.

Beyond real estate, I believe in serving my community. I am an active member of the Lago Vista Lions Club, the Lago Vista Womens Group, the North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, and St. Mary’s Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lago Vista, where my faith inspires me to serve others with integrity, kindness, and compassion.

Music is another passion of mine. I proudly perform with the Texas Smokin’ Armadillos, and I enjoy bringing people together through live music and community events.

On a personal note, I’m blessed with a wonderful husband, grown twin sons, and two corgis, Penelope and Daphne, who keep life full of laughter. Family, faith, and community are at the heart of everything I do, and those values shape the way I serve every client.
