I love the magic moments in real estate. Like the moment when a family pictures themselves in a home and the kids start claiming bedrooms or when the couple who is downsizing finds the perfect little place just down the block from family.  And of course I love breaking the good news to a seller that we have multiple cash offers over list price. Sharing those moments with my clients is what makes real estate fun. But anyone who has bought or sold property knows there are other moments, too. There are hardball tactics during negotiations, less than stellar inspection reports, and a host of other difficulties. Those moments can be as stressful as sneaking past a bull in a cactus-filled pasture wearing nothing but flip flops. During those moments, you’ll want me, the Joyful Agent, by your side. I bring a calm professionalism to the table and I keep my sense of humor through the entire transaction. Marble Falls in my hometown, and I currently reside in Horseshoe Bay.
